Return and Exchange

SHOES BAR fulfills its duty to inspect and inform customers about the condition of shoes before shipping. Since the leather products sold in the store are made from high-quality natural leather and handcrafted, occasional handmade finishing marks may appear. The following conditions are considered normal for the products and are not covered by the return and exchange policy.

Minor leather wrinkles, natural growth lines on the leather, special antiquing treatment on copper parts, natural oxidation of the leather, tool marks from leather edging, natural white bloom from oil-waxed leather of PARABOOT, and uneven hand-gluing from the Norweigen stitching method of PARABOOT.

Instructions for Trying on Shoes

If you still have concerns about sizing after receiving the shoes, please try them on in a clean indoor environment.
Please fully loosen the shoelaces before trying on the shoes. Use a shoehorn to assist in putting on the shoes. Failing to loosen all the laces or not using a shoehorn can easily cause creases on the leather tongue, which will affect your return and exchange rights. After putting on the shoes, do not walk as you normally would or stand on tiptoe. Keep your steps straight to avoid causing leather creases.
If the shoes are returned with noticeable creases, severe leather damage, or any other signs of wear that make them unsellable, the store reserves the right to deny the return or exchange. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Defects or Personal Issues

We offer a seven-day appreciation period for items purchased online. If the product does not meet your expectations, such as issues with color, size, or style, or if there are obvious defects or damages, please contact us and provide photos of defects and damages.
[Exchange] Within seven days of receiving the product, please return the item for exchange(ensuring the packaging, cleanliness, and leather condition are intact without creases and scratches), including the shipping fee with your return. After we inspect and confirm the condition of the returned item, we will send out the replacement product.

Please note that the shipping fee paid during the initial order is non-refundable.

If you have more than three returns/exchanges, or even cause damage to the products, SHOES BAR reserves the right to refuse future transactions or permanently revoke your membership due to the operational burden and inconvenience.

Return and Exchange Instructions

Please ensure the original completeness of the item when returning or exchanging it. Please notify us and send back the item to the store within seven days, including the original product, packaging, and both Chinese and English manuals. Ensure proper packaging to avoid damage to the shoe box. Place the shoes in the shoe bags and correctly position them as originally packed, using the original shipping box. SHOES BAR reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these upper conditions.
If the returned or exchanged items are not in complete condition, showing significant leather creases or scratches, the shoe box is severely damaged, and the product is judged by the store to be unsellable or damaged due to improper packaging, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, and refunds will not be issued. We apologize for any inconvenience.
For returns and exchanges due to personal reasons(such as the product not meeting your expectations), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. If there is a price difference due to exchange, we will notify you to pay the difference via ATM transfer before sending out the exchanged item.

Refund

If you paid by credit card, we will process the refund directly to your credit card account within 7-10 business days.
If you used physical or online ATM transfer for payment, we will transfer the refund to your account within 7-10 business days.
If there is a price difference due to exchange, we will notify you to pay the difference via ATM transfer before sending out the exchanged item.
